The equatorial forest

Known as the “mangrove” the equatorial forest is home to some surprising and unusual species. The pygmy sweeper, the four-eyed fish and the piranha are perfect examples.
The mangrove often grows around the edges of sheltered bays in tropical coastal regions.
Don’t miss the fresh-water pond with pacus and tortoises.
